B&P Industrial Ltd. supported a brownfield expansion at an operating mining processing facility to increase throughput and improve maintainability. Work was coordinated to align with engineered packages and planned tie-ins while maintaining production continuity.

The facility required increased throughput while maintaining production continuity. Work fronts were constrained by live process areas, limited access, and defined outage windows for tie-ins and energization.
Scope of Work
Mechanical installation
Installed piping, supports, and mechanical tie-ins aligned to engineered packages and constructability requirements.
Electrical work
Completed power distribution, controls rough-in, terminations, and field coordination to support commissioning readiness.
Structural fabrication
Fabricated and installed platforms, equipment supports, and access steel to support safe operation and maintenance.
Process equipment installation
Set and integrated process equipment interfaces including pumps, screens, and conveyor tie-in points with verified alignment and clearances.
HVAC systems
Installed ventilation and make-up air components to support equipment areas, heat loads, and maintainability requirements.
Execution
Work was executed under a defined safety plan with pre-task planning, permit control, and coordinated isolations. Sequencing was managed to protect production, maintain access, and meet tie-in windows with documented QA/QC and structured turnover packages.
Results
The expansion improved maintainability and supported increased processing capacity through coordinated mechanical and electrical integration. Turnover documentation supported efficient commissioning and startup.
